Lubavitch B.C. provides financial, spiritual, and emotional assistance to new immigrant families coming from impoverished countries to British Columbia. The Organization also provides critical outreach, youth, and educational opportunities, to over 20,000 people across the province. No one is ever turned away from the Lubavitch outreach programs thanks to the assistance from the annual Win A BMW Lottery, its sponsors, and donors.
